At Joybees, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent return and exchange process for our valued customers. Here's our updated policy to provide clarity, particularly regarding the shipping costs which will be the responsibility of the customer:
Returns:
At Joybees, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit https://www.joybeesfootwear.ca/a/returns or contact us by email (info@joybeesfootwear.ca). We kindly ask that you try on the shoes on clean floors or carpet indoors, refraining from wearing them outside. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shoes that show visible signs of wear or have been altered. Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will carefully inspect them to determine if you qualify for a refund.
Refund Process:
If all the return conditions are met, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your return. We will proceed to refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping costs. In the event that the return does not meet all the conditions, we will notify you via email. Within fifteen (15) days of receiving this email, you may choose to have the product(s) shipped back to you at your own expense, in the same condition as they were received by Joybees. If no return request is made within the specified time frame, Joybees reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the price paid.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receipt at info@joybeesfootwear.ca. We will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Return Shipping Cost:
Please note that the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us for a return will be the customer's responsibility.
