Joybees Return & Exchange Policy

At Joybees, our goal is to ensure you love every step in your new shoes. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our returns and exchanges process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange any unused, unworn, and undamaged Joybees footwear within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

 


2. Return Options

We offer two simple methods for returning your items:

 

Option A: Self-Shipment

  1. Ship the item back at your own cost by visiting our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

  2. Obtain a tracking receipt from your shipping carrier.

  3. Email the tracking information to info@joybeesfootwear.com.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Option B: Pre-Paid Return Label

  1. Request a pre-paid return label by visiting our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
  2. Full-Price Purchases: If your item was purchased at full price, the return is free of charge—we will provide you with a complimentary pre-paid label.
  3. Promotional-Price Purchases: If your item was purchased on sale or at a promotional price, a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
  4. Apply the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs for self-shipment returns are non-refundable.

 


3. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you need a different size, color, or style:

  1. Initiate your exchange by visiting our Returns & Exchanges Portal..
  2. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and the necessary shipping label(s), if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging and in unworn condition.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship out the new item promptly at no additional cost.

Important: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item or size requested is not available, we will process a refund (according to the applicable return method) or offer alternative options. 

 


4. Additional Notes

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for the refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • International Returns: For international orders outside of Canada, please contact info@joybeesfootwear.com for specific instructions.
  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service at info@joybeesfootwear.com with photos and a detailed description, and we will assist you promptly.
